Mutual fund distribution

Mutual fund distribution is provided through regular plans by Manander Singh, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN 368560). We do not provide SEBI-registered investment advisory services and do not charge advisory fees. Where we distribute mutual funds, the asset management company may pay commission in accordance with applicable AMFI regulations and scheme disclosures. We do not rebate or pass back commission to investors.

When mutual fund distribution is discussed, we are acting as a Mutual Fund Distributor — not as a SEBI-registered investment adviser, wealth manager or independent financial adviser.

AMFI mutual fund distributor compliance

This website is published under the North Horizon brand by an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. The operator name, mandatory AMFI tagline and ARN are displayed in the site footer and on mutual fund-related pages. Website content on mutual funds is educational and general — it is not a substitute for scheme documents (SID/SAI/KIM), does not assure returns, and does not recommend a particular scheme. Commission or remuneration from an asset management company does not determine which scheme is discussed with an investor.
