Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible, use it only for the purpose you shared it for, and never sell it.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us, plus basic technical information required to serve the website.

  • Contact details you submit through the enquiry form: name, email, phone number, city and your message.
  • Details and answers from the risk profile assessment: name, email, phone number, your questionnaire responses and the educational result summary.
  • Information you share during a conversation, such as goals, timelines and existing holdings, where relevant to the service you ask for.
  • Standard server and browser information generated by visiting a website, such as page requests and approximate location derived from an IP address.

How it is used

  • To respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you request.
  • To store and follow up on risk profile assessments you complete, if you ask us to discuss your result.
  • To meet record-keeping and regulatory obligations that apply to distribution activity.
  • To improve the clarity and usefulness of the content published here.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and receive enquiries. They process information on our instructions only.

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery, and the Turnstile check that protects forms from automated abuse. Your IP address is visible to Cloudflare as part of serving the site and running that check.
  • Supabase — secure storage of enquiry form submissions and risk profile assessment records so we can respond to them.
  • Resend — delivery of the notification email that alerts us to a new enquiry, where enabled.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your light or dark theme preference and your language choice locally on your own device so the site remembers them on your next visit. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token on pages with forms to confirm the submission was made by a person rather than a script.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
  • We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.
  • We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy applicable legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, and is then deleted. Access is limited to those who need it to do their work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive identifiers such as full bank account or PAN details through the website form.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Write to contact@northhorizon.in.
